Swansea Ladies Hockey Club
Home Venue
The home venue for many years was the grass pitches at King George V Playing Fields at Ashleigh Road, Swansea. With the advent of artificial surfaces the club played at the Morfa stadium, Swansea University and latterly at Morriston Leisure Centre.
The City and County of Swansea has just completed a new sports facility at the Ashleigh Road site which boasts 2 water-based artificial pitches with spectator facilities etc. Swansea LHC benefits greatly from the use of this facility..
The new pitches are just a stone’s throw from the original grass pitches where Swansea played for so many years – it is almost like ‘coming home’!

From M4 - leave at junction 42 -on A483 - signposted Swansea / Abertawe / Ferry.
In city centre follow A4067 (Quay Parade) - signposted Mumbles / Gower.
Pass Swansea University campus on RHS, at next traffic lights continue straight ahead BUT move into right hand lane.. Within 200 yards of lights is a small entrance on RHS up lane to pitches
